Q: What does it mean that I can full control over my own Nextcloud instance?

A: Your Nextcloud instance is installed on a Virtual Private Server.. This gives you complete control over every aspect of the instance. Including setting Encryption and various other adjustments that only an Administrator can make.

Q: Do you provide support?

A: Yes. We ONLY provide support for the administration of the VPS server your Nextcloud instance is on. Such issues as your Nextcloud instance won't start, or if you run low on disk space, we can certainly advise on how to proceed.

Q: Do you provide backups?

A: No. We will periodically take snapshots of your Nextcloud instance, however this is at the discretion of webpods. We can offer you a snapshot service for an additional $10 a month. Just submit a ticket via the ticket system.

Q: PodEnterprise has 2TB HDD storage, why not SSD?

A: When you get to a larger quantity of space it is much safer and better to use a hard disk drive. PodEnterprise will have its own Dedicated physical server and has full managed support included. This means that if the server is down, or you are having issues accessing the server, or need assistance, you may e-mail or send us a ticket 24/7.
